About Us

The Kid Catch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that was founded in 2012 By Dr. Michael Scheeringa, a local child and adolescent psychiatrist. We have a consumer-driven focus to improve the experience of shopping for and using mental health providers.

Our board and officers are locals from the New Orleans-Metairie region who care about better access and quality of mental health services for youths. We have no office and function on 100% volunteer services.
